Delivery & Returns
We try to make your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible right down to the delivery of your goods. We understand that everyone would like their new purchase as soon as possible, for this reason we endeavour to dispatch all stock orders within 5 - 10 days, subject to availability. Made to order & bespoke goods average around 4-6 weeks to produce.
Delivery Charges UK mainland
£5.95 per order for Lighting & Homeware/Giftware. UK mainland only.
£19.00 per order for Furniture items ( Chairs & Stools etc ). UK mainland only.
Mixed product orders will have 1 delivery charge applied which will be determined by the heaviest item in your basket.
International Delivery Charges
We deliver throughout most of Europe. Prices start from £19.00, the exact cost will be qouted at checkout.

What are 'made to order' products?
We try to carry stock of most of our ranges but as some items can be made to bespoke requirements these need to be made to order on an individual basis.
Products that are made to order will usually take several weeks to produce, we will state a lead time on the product page. These items are non-returnable so please check sizes and ask for colour samples ( if available ) before ordering.
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. If you have ordered from our Stock range of products then simply post back with a copy of your email confirmation order to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost.
Please note Made to order, bespoke & Sale products are non-returnable.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
